REFUND POLICY

If the reservation/cancellation deadline has passed for the trip or event, then we will not be able to refund your money.  However, you are welcome to contact us to try and sell your tickets to someone else, but you must notify us 3 days prior to the event. You will only get a credit or refund if another family purchases your tickets. To get the educational rate at many venues, we have to confirm our group size and pay weeks before the event; this is why we can’t refund you after the reservation/cancellation deadline.

If the reservation/cancellation deadline has NOT passed for the trip or event, and you are unable to attend, we will happily refund your money (minus any convenience fees) or offer you a credit that can be applied to another field trip. Check payments will only be eligible for RCFT credit. You will need to email Stacy at accounting@rcft.org to request a refund.

Anytime the River City Field Trips Committee votes to cancel a field trip or we do not meet the minimum group size as set by the venue, we will refund your money (minus any convenience fees) or offer you a credit that can be applied to another field trip.

If the venue cancels or reschedules a field trip, we will adhere to the policy of the venue.


FREE FIELD TRIP POLICY

All “FREE” field trips will request a donation of $1 per person paid to RCFT. RCFT will then donate the amount collected (minus any fees incurred) to the venue, charity, or to our scholarship program. Donations will adhere to the same Refund Policy as regular payments.
